Denver Delta Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are used to support the organization’s charitable programs and operations in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

If you are receiving a refund, tax time is a simple opportunity to support your community. Through the Donate to a Colorado Nonprofit (ReFUND CO) program, you can choose to donate a portion of your Colorado state income tax refund to Denver Delta Inc. (DDI).

By directing part of your refund to DDI, you help support programs that expand access to education, address health disparities, and strengthen economic opportunity for individuals and famiies across Denver.

How to Donate Through ReFUND CO

  1. File your Colorado state income tax return and confirm you are due a refund.
  2. Locate the “Donate to a Colorado Nonprofit” section on your return or tax software (Voluntary Contributions Schedule DR 0104CH).
  3. Enter Denver Delta Inc. and our registration number: 20063010699.
  4. Choose how much of your refund you would like to donate, either a portion or the full amount.
