At Denver Delta Inc., we believe meaningful progress happens when people, purpose, and action come together. It is an honor to serve as President of an organization committed to strengthening our community through access, accountability, and impact.

My professional journey has been rooted in leadership development, equity, and organizational effectiveness. For more than 30 years, I have worked alongside leaders and teams to build cultures that value purpose, performance, and people. That experience shapes my vision for Denver Delta Inc. as an organization that leads with intention, responds to real needs, and delivers results that matter. However, this work is not done alone.

I am deeply grateful for the leadership and guidance of our Board of Directors, the wisdom and continued support of our Board Emeritus members, and the dedication of our members and extended team. Their experience, insight, and commitment strengthen our governance, sharpen our strategy, and ensure we remain accountable to the communities we serve.
